The adidas MiCoach system measured and monitored essential physiological data of a team in real time. Trainers & coaches can stay one step ahead of the game or practice session, with data sent straight to a tablet screen on the side line.
My team researched and developed Chewy Core Customer Personas, Pet Health Personas, as well as created customer journeys that had a direct impact in the product offerings and features built.
My team was brought in to determine whether our customers would be interested in FreshPet since. Shipping the product posed more challenges and offer this new product type was a risk.
At athenahealth, I was the design lead for the Communicator Patient Portal where we worked on maintaining features for the existing product as well as developing the North star vision of what a Universal Portal, uniting all the patient’s health profile in one place.
